Balancing with The Elements

SPIRIT

 I request to be in balance with Spirit .
 and be in sacred union within my Heart ,
 let every breath I take pass through it
 and radiate Universal Love,Joy and Peace.
 I know that "All is One 
 I want to live in Harmony and Respect with all life .
 and walk my path in confidence,
 following my Heart's guidance.
  I request to re-connect with the Love and Joy at my Heart's core
that is the essence of Who I Am .
I want to release all fear and all judgment,
 and harmonize  the mind and the ego .
 I give permission for the flow of Spirit in my life,
 and feel the Joy and the Love in all that is .
 I am aware of duality and illusion,
and I want to view it with curiosity and discernment,
making room for new growth and ideas

FIRE

I request to be balanced with the element of fire ,
 to feel a sense of Motivation and Enthusiasm for all life,
 and be filled with love and light by the world around me..
 I want to release anger and panic as it comes up,
 So I may find it easy to forgive and let go,
 and not fall into judgment
to justify my lack of movement and growth.
 I Release to the fire all that I no longer need in my life,
 and I ask that the transformative power of Fire
to reconnect me with my Passion and Joy
 and to ignite that spark of Light that is within me .

WATER

 I request to be balanced with the element of water
 so that I may demonstrate qualities
of Nurturing, Caring, Gentleness and Sharing.
 I want to feel Trust and Acceptance,
 and live in Grace and Gratitude,
 with Calmness and Serenity.
  and to feel the Oneness
and unmeasurable Love.
 I request the element of Water
to reconnect me to my natural rhythms..
 I Open my Heart to the flow of water,
 that I might feel the essence of Nurturing, Love and Pureness,
 deep in my Being,
and that I may live in Grace,Calm and Peace.

AIR

 I request to be in balance with the element of Air ,
 So I may feel Optimistic,Hopeful and Centered.
 I want to be Flexible in my responses to life's challenges,
 as I accept the process
of change and growth with Gratitude.
 I want to see change as a blessing,
 no matter how it may appear in my life,
 and feel the inner blessings,
as I clear space for new growth
Let the element of Air allow for Movement, Shifts,
 and cultivate Flexibility of Spirit
and Trust in the processes of Spiritual Evolution and Growth.
 Let me hear others,
and they will hear me.
 I Ask that Air teach me to be flexible and graceful
and to bend with the wind like a reed,
 so that I may gain inner strength and resilience.
 I Ask Air that I may soar like an eagle on the spirals of wind
and see the Truth that is my Truth
and the Love of All that Is.

EARTH

I request that my Earth energy be in balance. 
and my life be a loving experience.
 I give myself permission to accept Abundance and Joy.
 and feel Secure and Safe on Earth, 
I want to trust that what I need will be provided.
 and to honor and enjoy being in my physical body, 
 I want to respect my physical environment,
 and live with Simplicity,Grace and Beauty.
  I request to regain my Earth balance with the elementals
and to be re-connected
 to the Earth that is within me.
 I request the aspect of "grounding" in my life,
 so that I may manifest and create in a grounded way,
 and that I may live life in a physical body,
Divinely Aligned In Light And Love.
 
And So It Is !

Let Us Remember

 We call on the Creator and Source of All Love 
  and request a wave of Cosmic Grace light 
 to envelope us ,to ignite us 
 as We intend to Remember.
 
  We call on our Earth Mother  
and request that she continue to hold us up
 and ground our foot steps 
  as We intend to walk our path 
 with the highest integrity.

We give our soul permission to move forward 
into Higher Consciousness
where we are all One.
Let Us remember that we have always been
One Collective Consciousness 
expressed through individual points 
 of Light and Love
 
We request for an infinite amount of Healing Angels
of the highest order of the heavens 
 to surround and support us 
 as We intend to release the illusion of separation.
 We request to be reminded to believe in ourselves
  as We intend to raise our vibration of deservingness 
      so abundance may flow freely in our lives .
 We request to make divine choices
   and intend to take right action 
    from our hearts essential wisdom .
 We request to not judge ourself or others 
     and intend to not be effected by others acts of judgment  .
 
Let Us Remember where We came from 
Let Us Remember why We Are here .
Let Us Remember who We Are
Let Our way forward Be
 through Love and Acceptance.

I release what I used to be
I accept that I Am that I Am

I release the effects of what was
I accept and embrace what I Am

I release my fears of the past
I accept the perfection of Now

 I am not what I used to be
