Recently I have been constantly reminded about how my physical body is my vehicle . Looking at it in this manner has opened up new ways to look at things and new ways to take my power back. We so easily and readily give up our opinions, our rights and our rights of passage. We live so much of our life governed by rules and ideas placed on our souls that go against our wills and very essence . This places duality in our reality and puts us at an energetic standstill. The thing is, this can only happen if we allow it and this takes me back to the vehicle part.
I have been seeing myself as a bus. I take my attention to my brain and I imagine my seat behind the wheel of my vehicle. Then I notice or sense who`s behind the wheel and see if someone or something has knocked me out of the seat . I also observe how many hands there are on the steering wheel. There are often many hands other than mine on the wheel. All of this shows me how much I`m being influenced and where I have been giving my power away. Our will and intent alone are powerful enough to get fully back in the drivers seat of our life shift gears and steer in the direction that only our heart and mind can map quest for us.
